  • Aarushi becomes one of the 6 finalists (out of ~50 submissions) for the ASME/SPIE Best Student Paper Award and receives honorable mention for her presentation. Congrats!

  • MInDS is awarded ICTAS Diversity and Inclusion Seed Grant for a research partnership with Hampton University.

  • Aarushi receives the conference-level Best Student Paper Award (out of 6 symposia) in the 2017 ASME SMASIS Conference and is honored in the conference Pioneer Banquet. This work is in collaboration with MultiSMArt Laboratory (Dr. Mirzaeifar) at Mechanical Engineering Department. Congrats!

One visiting student from Hampton University and two undergraduate students from MInDS are involved in this research project. 

  • MInDS attends 11th Energy Harvesting Workshop in Arligton, Virginia with a technical presentation.
